Sugimoto (杉本) was a Japanese company during the war. It was mentioned in the "Inquiry into Japanese cameras" ("Kokusan shashinki no genjōchōsa") as the maker of the three-element Pilot 50/3.5 and 50/4.5 lenses and of the 25–150 shutter mounted on the Baby Pilot made by Tachibana.[1]
