The reading
Kinshō is certainly a plausible reading. Until we find a reference that's authoritatively supplied with "ruby" (etc), we won't know for sure whether it's the intended reading. But is it the only plausible reading? Normally I do have access to name dictionaries, but unfortunately "my" library is closed and will remain closed for at least a week.
